Miley Cyrus has pushed things to a whole new level following a racy shoot for W magazine.
The singer posed for some provocative photos in that issue, baring part of a nipple in one of the shots, and now she's gone fully topless for the upcoming March issue of Vogue magazine's German edition.
Miley goes full Madonna for her shoot, wearing a blonde Material Girl-esque wig and bright red lipstick. She also posed topless for two of the shots, further emphasizing that she's all grown up now and doesn't care what anyone thinks.
