Meet Glenn Champ — The Killer, Attempted Rapist, & Prostitute Enthusiast Who Wants To Contest For Governor Of California!

He spent 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to vehicular manslaughter, but he really thinks he's learned to be a better person!! 

Some of his other past indiscretions include convictions for prostitution solicitation, carrying a concealed weapon, and two counts of attempted rape.

None of that stopped the 48-year-old convicted sex offender from asking GOP supporters for their votes at the state party's semi-annual shindig that took place earlier this month.

According to Glenn, his troubles with the law are part of the reason he's so inspired to govern. 

He admitted:

"In my life, I've been held accountable because of my stupidity. I do not want anyone else to be enslaved because of their lack of knowledge."

In case you were wondering about his particular political inclinations, Glenn found Jesus in jail (not literally, we suspect) and has embraced an Evangelical Christian lifestyle. According to his website, Glenn is "a new breed of Christian soldier moving forward in the army of the lord, on the highway of righteousness, stomping on the devil’s head, with a new song of righteousness’s in our hearts." Isn't that special?

And how accepting is he of the LGBT

community? Well, he "views them as misled people with past issues that have not been dealt with in a Biblical manner."

Needless to say, Glenn, who refers to himself as a Tea Partier, is also anti-choice. We wonder how many people will end up voting for this guy!
