Meri Jane Woods allegedly downloaded 40 images to the family computer, and presented it as evidence against Matthew Woods, her estranged husband.
However, after investigations, the police noticed a discrepancy in the time stamps, it looked like the images were downloaded a full two weeks after Matthew had been kicked out from a protection-from-abuse order.
Now Meri could serve up to 9 years in the prison for this unkind act! Her sentencing is comes up December 15th.
