Chris Brown Was Kicked Out Of Rehab For Inappropriate Relationship

Chris Brown was reportedly kicked out of a California rehab because he got too close to a woman in the facility.

The singer broke three "internal rules," including one made specifically for him that required he stay at least two feet away from females. This rule was imposed as a direct result of his 2009 probation for his assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna.

According to TMZ.com, he was caught "touching elbows and hands" with a woman. Earlier this month, he was "also in some sort of sexual encounter with a woman at the facility," but that didn't factor in to his removal from rehab.

In addition, Brown reportedly refused a drug test after an unauthorized outing. Although he eventually submitted to the test, and results turned up negative, his refusal broke the rules.

The singer also mocked his rehab stay during a group session, which contributed to the decision to kick him out.

Brown spent nearly four months at the Malibu facility and completed his initial treatment for anger management when a judge ordered him to stay in rehab in April.

He is now serving time in a Los Angeles jail and is being held without bail. Brown will appear in court today, and his attorney will likely request that the singer be placed on house arrest while he faces charges for allegedly assaulting a man in Washington, D.C.
