Hurray!!; Johnny Depp Will Not Be Testifying in Any Murder Trial

Remember when we said Depp would have to testify in a murder trail cos the lady involved said they were "dating" at the time? Well, he won't be standing in dock for this one.

 Hollywood actor Johnny Depp will no longer be required to testify at a murder trial after lawyers agreed he was in no kind of relationship with the accused. Goodnews to all fans of Depp.

Depp was served with legal papers relating to the case while attending a film premiere in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Nancy Lekon, the lady accused of killing a pedestrian with her car in 2009, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity and claimed to have been in a relationship with Depp at the time of the incident. Her lawyer had hoped the actor would reinforce her insanity plea with his testimony.

However though, Depp is no longer required to give evidence after prosecution and defence lawyers has agreed he has no connection whatsoever to Lekon or any involvement in the case.
