Miley decided to dress down with no top at all. She just had an ice cream pasties covering her nipples, she also wore Cannabis earrings and her glasses were made out of pills and a cigarette in one hand as she attended an Alexander Wang after party for New York Fashion Week yesterday with some friends.
I bet she was feeling mighty fly!
